The price varies depending on the scale and complexity of what you need. For example, if you have a single form for your onsite work that generates a couple of documents into OneDrive and sends some alerts then a one-off cost of £995+VAT gets you fully up and running. A more complex build with multiple forms, connections to other systems and workflows between teams will cost considerably more, but the value in time saved and errors prevented will be many times the cost. We can work with most budgets to deliver a bespoke implementation that immediately starts increasing your profit and reducing your stress.
Pay per month for each user license. Web portal users can share a login, and picking up reports from a shared folder doesn’t require a license. You’ll need one license per unique app user, e.g. one per field team leader. All users get free technical support. Adjustments to the forms, connectors and documents are included for free; you only incur additional costs if you wish to build a completely new feature such as a new form or document template.
